No, memberships are for individuals only. Each person who wants to participate in the club must have their own membership.

No. Currently the only form of transfer would be for an initial purchase as a gift. From there it must remain with the new member.

Once you subscribe to the club, your benefits are automatically applied to your customer account in our point-of-sale system. When you’re here, show your pass to the barkeep for scanning, give them your name or number or ask them to add your name to your tab right before you check out.
Once your name is on the tab, your discounts and coupons will apply automatically.
Membership benefits are only available in-store, and not online.

YES! In your sign up / renewal emails:
After joining, members will receive a link via email to download their wallet pass. The link directs the customer to a page with links for their Apple or Google wallet pass.

Members may enter the email address associated with their account on this page https://submatic.io/pass-lookup. If the email provided matches one for which an active wallet pass is available, Submatic will send an email to the provided address with a wallet pass link
Log into your Submatic account
Members may log in at https://submatic.io/login and access their wallet pass from the Subscriptions (or Passes) page. A "Mobile Pass" link appears on the "Manage" menu.

Yes. When you set your account up the auto renewal will be selected by default. You can manage that at any time by visiting: submatic.io/login

You can manage your membership at any time by visiting submatic.io/login. From there you can manage all your member information including payment method, email, status, etc.

Not exactly. You will need to show membership for each of you to be on the same tab.
If you choose to pick up both of your crowlers at the same time or for future packaged options you will need a seperate tab at close out.
If there is only one member in the pair, you will need to have separate tabs.
